Founded in 2000, Moreau LMSW Children & Family Services P.C. AKA The Jewel of Harlem Centers opened its door in the neighborhood of Convent Avenue in the Sugar Hill section of Central Harlem in New York City. Our founding principle of establishing an outstanding daycare center/ preschool for New York City families remains uncompromised.

The Jewel of Harlem Centers prides itself on providing high-quality preschool education with daycare amenities and service in a warm, nurturing environment. Our curriculum includes a variety of interesting and inspiring activities to stimulate early brain development with a focus on creative play. We encourage a love of learning through working and playing with others. We know that children have fun while they learn which is just another way we make sure that all enrolled children get the most out of their experiences at the Center.

At our Preschool, our beautiful and modern facility provides each child with the ability to learn and grow physically, cognitively, socially, and emotionally. Our full-time programs, a good curriculum that provides plenty of hands-on learning, and high-quality teachers prepare the children in our center for elementary school and life-long learning.
